A Doctor's Office in Manhasset is seeking a Front Desk professional to grow their patient services team. Shifts are 8 hours, NO WEEKENDS!
Job Function :
Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors
Process inbound phone calls in a professional manner
Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics
Generate batch transmittal reports for each day
Facilitates efficient patient flow throughout day
Keeps medical office supplies adequately stocked
Protects patient confidentiality, making sure protected health information (PHI) is secured
Job Requirements :
1 years of experience
Good communication, trainable
Prior customer service experience preferred, not required.
Prior experience in a medical officer preferred, not required
