A luxury residential Owner's Rep/Construction Management firm is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead high-end projects and contribute to the continued growth of a prestigious firm.

Job Function

Luxury residential construction management and owner's representation experience is a MUST
High-end interiors and new construction projects - managing budget, timelines, materials and contractors
Main point of contact between general contractor and client - well-spoken, attention to detail and good time management
Flexibility in schedule as you will be visiting multiple sites each week

Job Requirement

Luxury residential construction experience is an absolute MUST
Management of a portfolio of projects and being the main liaison between client and contractor
Ability to travel between multiple sites and work autonomously
