Global Alternative Asset Manager with a focus in Credit is looking to fill a newly created Senior level Project Management/Business Strategist role. Job Function

• Strategy & Planning: Consult with business counterparts to identify operational pain points and formulate process improvement solutions
• Operating Model Execution: Develop a detailed understanding of the business and end-to-end investment lifecycle.
• Infrastructure Optimization & Benchmarking: Stay current on new technologies, service providers, and market trends to advise on infrastructure and technology stack improvements
• Business Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Primary point of contact for the business, ensuring operational priorities and issues are communicated clearly across the infrastructure group

Job Requirements

• BS degree preferred from a top academic university; Master's degree would be considered a plus
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy or project management function
• Commercial mindset with experience improving business processes, with a proven track record of driving transformation
• Previous experience with planning, designing, and implementing business operating models
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and interact directly with investment professionals
• Industry knowledge and experience with Alternative Investment asset classes, particularly Illiquid Credit is preferred
• This role requires a dynamic, adaptive, and experienced professional who can build and maintain strong business partner relationships
• Excellent PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Data Analytics & Visualization, and Visio skills
