At Whitehorse, our goal is to build the most opportunistic environment for our salesforce while providing the best service and best practices to our patrons. We're looking for a part-time IT support specialist to add to our fast-growing team! The ideal schedule for this position is MWF 8AM-5PM in our Crestview Hills location.

The ideal candidate can:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on desktops, laptops, and additional devices with opportunity to collaborate with external vendors as needed.
• Grant user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
• Implement and maintain security systems and protocols to prevent unauthorized access and fraud and operate with continuous monitoring.
• Respond to employee help desk requests in a timely manner.
• Evaluate platforms with workflow to determine additional applications to use and update platform contracts as needed.

The ideal candidate has:

• Associates degree, Bachelor's degree, or 2 equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and a variety of platforms to utilize for best practices
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to provide quick-thinking solutions at a moment's notice
