Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Hannah Duston Healthcare CenterPer Diem Base Pay$22 or $25 dependent on availabilityDifferentials available for evening, night and weekend shiftsEssential Functions: Provide exceptional resident care including, but not limited to: Identify special resident problems and changes in condition and report them immediately to supervisor Bathes, neatly dresses and undresses residents Grooms resident including shaving, hair and fingernail care Accurately records percentage of resident food and fluid intake Feeds resident according to care plan(s) Monitors meal trays Answers call lights timely Delivers and removes resident meal trays Pulls up side rails and rolls down bed Changes incontinent residentsTakes residents to bathroom every 2 hours or as requested Completes tub baths, showers or bed baths Turns and repositions all bed and chair residents every 2 hours including but not limited to pulling up in bed Empties and records all urinary drainage units Assists nurse with treatment procedures Changes bed linens on occupied and unoccupied beds Takes, records and reports weights of residents Inspects resident skin condition with daily care and reports to the supervisorPrerequisites: Minimum 10th grade education. High School Diploma or GED preferred Must be at least 16 years old Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Massachusetts and have an active license
