We are seeking a skilled .NET Manager to lead our development team and manage the migration of our applications to AWS. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in .NET technologies, and experience in cloud migration.
Job Summary:
As the .NET Manager, you will oversee the development and maintenance of .NET applications and lead the migration of these applications to AWS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, adherence to best practices, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the .NET development team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Plan and execute the migration of .NET applications to AWS, including architecture redesign and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Monitor application performance and implement improvements as needed.
Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing .NET development teams and projects.
Strong expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, etc.).
Extensive experience with AWS services and cloud migration (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud architectures.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer).
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
