Seeking a Senior Account Coordinator to manage and support wholesale operations in the footwear category for a leading fashion label based in Sydney. This role requires excellent organization, proactive communication, and strong wholesale industry knowledge. The coordinator will assist the Account Manager in ensuring smooth operations, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional service to retail partners.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for assigned wholesale accounts.
• Build & maintain strong relationships with retail partners
• Handle day-to-day communication with accounts
• Assist Account Manager to prepare for sales presentations, product line sheets
• Coordinate and track samples
• Process & manage wholesale orders
• Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams
• Monitor inventory levels and plan with merchandising team for optimal stock levels
• Assist in forecasting & planning inventory needs
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends
• Provide product training and support to retail partners
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities, sales reports, and order documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of seasonal sales meetings, trade shows, and other events

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Wholesale Account Management or Sales Support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems
• Demonstrated experience in the Fashion Industry
