We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in the dental office. If you have experience in dental reception and possess strong administrative skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Collect payments from patients and provide accurate billing information
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and timely delivery of services
- Follow up with patients for appointment reminders and confirmations

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using dental office software (e.g., Eaglesoft)
