| Schedule | Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM / 40 hours a week
- Billing pick tickets with a high degree of attention to detail
- Communicating with other departments for clarity on tickets
- Organizing and categorizing billing documents
- Monitoring and following through on discrepancies
- Scanning and filing of all pick tickets and proof of deliveries
- Daily profit reporting to operations and sales team
- Overtime may be required for month end closing
- Performing other administrative duties at the discretion of the Supervisor
- Experience in billing
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum one (1) year experience in billing, data entry, or customer service required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
