Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance with employment labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and possess excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment labor laws

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding

- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

- Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations and handle all leave of absence requests

- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegations

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems (e.g., SAP, Taleo, Oracle)

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human capital management

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources management

- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations

- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Taleo, Oracle)

- Proven track record in employee relations and conflict resolution

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively supervise a team of HR professionals

- Demonstrated strategic planning abilities
