Wholesale Unlimited,Inc. was started in 1965 and has become an institution for local snacks. Our focus is on the snacks that Hawaii residents crave, like mochi crunch, li hing mui, and dried cuttlefish, as well as our own Betty’s Best cookies. We import snacks from all over the world, package sell retail, wholesale and online, always focusing on delivering the best quality and service we can. Still a family business, we strive to maintain the intimacy and flexibility of a small business, while delivering the consistency and professionalism of a larger company.

Wholesale Unlimited is looking for a General Manager continue the success of our first 59 years and help us transition into the next 50. Our General Manager would manage the day to day operations of the business and carry out the direction of the Board of Directors, as well as help shape the vision for the future. As a smaller business, the General Manager would be required to help out wherever necessary to keep the business running.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities include:

Oversee daily operations of the business

Create and maintain a positive environment for all employees and customers

Engage customers, making sales, fielding complaints, answering emails

Create and maintain business relationships

Assist in developing and implementing strategies for the future

Oversee the maintenance of the facility and the safety of employees

Tracking product movement, ordering, and coordinating shipments

Working several weekends a month and extended hours during the holidays

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants must have:

Professionalism and integrity

Strong communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to multi-task in a busy environment

Ability to problem solve and resolve disputes

Experience in sales plus

Accounting background a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
