Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time position requires a highly dependable and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in scheduling and on-call duties, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care. This role is pivotal to our operations and will evolve as our company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain client care schedules, ensuring optimal coverage
• Handle on-call duties as required, providing support to clients and caregivers
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and their families
• Coordinate and oversee client care, ensuring high standards of service
• Utilize computer systems for scheduling and client management
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Provide hands-on caregiving as needed
• Support clients with dementia, applying specialized care techniques

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a management position
• Proven scheduling experience in a similar role
• Strong customer service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Highly organized, punctual, and caring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with computer systems
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on caregiving experience is a plus
• Experience with dementia care is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
