About The Role✅ Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 a competitive equity package

📍 Brooklyn, NY: You’ll work in our beautiful office building in front of Domino Park, facing the East River.

As a Brand Designer at Whop you'll work closely with our Design Lead as well as our VP of Growth, working on various projects focused on branding, graphic, and visual design. You will have the opportunity to shape the visual identity of our brand by developing and implementing design strategies that resonate with our audience for many different niches. You will work closely with our growth, marketing, and product teams to produce a variety of creative assets, including digital content, social media campaigns, and event materials. Your role will involve both strategic thinking and hands-on design work, ensuring that every touch-point aligns with Whop’s brand vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to design projects from initial concept through final execution, ensuring consistency and high-quality results throughout.
  • Develop visually compelling content for our website, social media channels, and marketing initiatives (video content, digital ads, merch) that align with our brand’s voice and goals.
  • Design for a wide range of mediums, ensuring brand consistency across digital and physical platforms.
  • Explore and implement innovative design solutions that enhance brand recognition and drive engagement with our audience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create integrated campaigns that effectively communicate our product benefits and company narrative.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand identity, ensuring that all designs reflect Whop’s core values and aesthetic.
What We're Looking For
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills across multiple formats and channels.
  • Strong typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • A deep understanding of current UI/UX trends and best practices.
  • Ability to translate complex product demos into engaging and coherent visual narratives.
  • Ability to tell compelling visual stories that engage and captivate the audience.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
