About The RoleTitle: Sr. Growth Data Analyst
✅ Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 base

📍 Brooklyn, NY: You’ll work in our beautiful office building in front of Domino Park, facing the East River.
🥙 Daily $20 lunch, $25 dinner Uber credits

What does the role look like?As a Sr. Growth Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in unlocking insights about acquisition, activation, and monetization. You will identify growth opportunities and support our Growth Pod.
The Growth Pod aims to enhance user journey conversions and drive growth across acquisition, activation, and monetization strategies. The pod will achieve this by fostering cross-functional collaboration, leveraging diverse expertise to generate and test hypotheses that improve key metrics.
You will be part of a Data team with people responsible for optimizing different areas of the company, with which you will discuss ideas and actively contribute. You are someone who has pleasure in taking on projects, feeling ownership and responsibility for their entire accomplishment. You are expected to be highly up to date on trends in the data space, bringing innovative solutions to the problems you encounter.

- Growth Insights: Collaborate closely with the Growth and Product team to provide deep insights into user acquisition, activation, and monetization, identifying key growth opportunities.
- Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and inform strategic decisions. Ensure rigorous experiment tracking and reporting.
- Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics, providing actionable insights to the Growth team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Data, Growth, and Engineering teams to ensure data needs are met and insights are integrated into decision-making processes.
- Within 30 days: Understand our product, data sources, and current analytics setup. Begin supporting the Growth Pod with experiment setup and initial dashboard development.
- Within 60 days: Conduct thorough analyses to identify initial growth opportunities. Present actionable insights to the Growth team and contribute to experiment ideation.
- Within 90 days: Fully integrate into the Growth Pod, actively supporting weekly experiments with data insights, analysis, and reporting. Begin driving significant growth initiatives based on data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications
- Proactively identify and analyze growth metrics and KPIs related to acquisition, activation, and monetization to unlock actionable insights and drive strategic growth initiatives.
- Experience working in a consumer marketplace
- Excellent communication skills, ability to synthesize to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in growth analytics, data analysis, and A/B testing.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Metabase), and statistical analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Highly resourceful and able to thrive in a competitive, fast-changing landscape.
- Experience working closely with product teams.
- Experience working closely with growth teams (product marketing, growth marketing)
- Previous experience in a high-growth tech company or startup environment.
- Familiarity with the creator economy and online entrepreneurship space.
- Experience with data pipeline, data transformations, and data cleaning.
- Experience with Data Science and Machine Learning.
