DescriptionThe SAP ABAP Developer Lead will oversee the analysis, design, coding, and testing of enterprise application environments. This role involves translating customer requirements into detailed designs, collaborating with SAP Functional Consultants, and managing a team of developers.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex business and system analysis for enterprise applications.
- Translate business requirements into detailed application designs.
- Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to analyze alternatives and provide recommendations.
- Prepare programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts.
- Lead enterprise application modifications and installations.
- Manage a team of developers, including mentoring and training junior team members.
- Minimum of 7 years of SAP ECC development experience.
- Experience as a Team Lead.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Corp to corp accepted if the candidate has their own company.
- Must possess a secret clearance, with eligibility for L clearance from the Department of Energy (DOE).
- Weekly traveling is required, with expenses covered by the company.
- Functional and Data Migration resources will travel to Erwin, TN initially, with potential relocation to Lynchburg, VA in later months. Application Development resources will travel to Lynchburg, VA initially, with potential relocation to Erwin, TN later in the project.
