Our remote Itinerary Coordinatorsprovide personalized planning and tailor itineraries according toour guests preferences creating fun and exciting trips withaccommodations suitable for ourclients.
To be a successful ItineraryCoordinator you should have a passion for travel and a desire toinspire others to make their travel dreams come true.
ItineraryCoordinators should keep abreast of the latest trends in travel aswell as demonstrate exceptional communication organization andclient service skills.
Responsibilities :
Conducts consultations with clientsto discuss all details of their desired travel experiences needsand budget
Designs fun & excitingitineraries
Sell transportation accommodationsactivities to ourguests
Build relationships with preferredsuppliers and ourguests
Manage reservations special requestsand payments
Finalizes detailed itineraries andensures all documentation is presented; providing relevantinformation and the dissemination of guest materials includingdeparture information
Monitor and report booking processincluding any travel problems complaints or refundrequests
KnowledgeSkills and Qualifications :
Degree in Marketing HospitalityTravel & Tourism or Business a plus but notrequired
A passion fortravel
Highly organized with a strongattention to detail
Selfdriven in an autonomous remoteenvironment
Ability to set goals and developachievable timelines to hitthem
