Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee various initiatives within Why Regenerative. In this role, you will manage sponsor funnels, coordinate with video editors and graphic designers, supervise volunteers, make website edits, and help to grow Why Regenerative.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sponsor funnels for finance and food sectors.
- Coordinate with video editors and graphic designers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support various projects.
- Oversee website updates and social media platforms to ensure content is current and engaging.
- Lead fundraising initiatives, including organizing events and building donor relationships
- Monitor project progress and report on outcomes to senior management.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Interest or experience in sustainability and regenerative agriculture.
- Previous experience in fundraising, event management, or grant-writing is a plus.
- SEO experience is a plus.
