In collaboration we areworking with a leadingOnline Casino Gaming Company who is seeking to onboard a CustomerService Advisor Finnishspeaking for their Maltaoffice.

Location : TalPietMalta

Employment type : Fulltime on site (5 daysin and 3 days off and on the 9th week 5 days in and 2off)

Remuneration : Basesalary.

DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Enableour players with quality solutions in a timely personal andprofessional manner that exceeds the customersexpectations.
  • Identify and support players inany difficulties they might encounter.
  • Provideexplanations to customers about products / site / policies / promotionsetc.
  • Understandguide and support players in ResponsibleGambling
  • Collaborate with our Fraud andpayments team in customer queries.
  • UnderstandAML and report any suspiciousactivity.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bea fluent or native Finnish speaker with a C1 level of English bothspoken and written.
  • Be flexible and willing towork on a shift basis.
  • Have experience workingwith customers listening to their needs and providing the bestsolutions.
  • Be an excellent listener have anempathic approach and take pride in giving an excellent service toour players.
  • You have exceptional organizationskills (including arriving on time meeting deadlines and findingaccurate information in a timely manner).
  • Youare detail oriented with the ability to handle stressful situationswhile maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Be anindividual who is open to constructivefeedback.
  • Be a team player that can also workindependently.

Shift Rotas

Based on a 9 Week Rotation

DayShifts :

We have 5 days in and 3 days offand on the 9th week we have 5 days in and 2 off.

1 week ofearly shifts (starting at 7.00 8.00 or 9.00). 1 week of mid shifts(starting between 10.00 and 13.00) and 1 week of late shifts(starting at 15.

00).10 hours per shift including 1 hourbreak.

May also be requested sometimes to cover nightshifts according to business needs.

NightShifts :

Work hours per shift (whichhours / how many) : 11hrs (excl lunch break 1hr)

Shiftrotations (days working / days off) : 4 working shifts followed by 4days off!
