- Assist with office management duties to maintain a well-organized workspace
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Conduct computerized data entry and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
