Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage all projects to ensure they meet performance targets.
• Prepare construction budgets, schedules, and implement safety and quality controls.
• Assess and determine the requirements for materials, subcontractors, and labor.
• Supervise, train, and hold direct reports accountable for their performance.
• Conduct routine safety and quality inspections regularly.
• Assist superintendents in addressing complex construction issues, code compliance, and subcontractor relations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including the jobsite safety program.
• Investigate and resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Keep the General Manager informed of any issues related to staff or projects.
• Enhance profitability through innovative cost-saving measures.
• Participate in the emergency on-call rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Construction Experience: Required; multi-family project experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing: Valid driver's license required.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with NAV, ProCore, or Sage preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
