Primary Responsibilities

• Preparing the project subcontractor bid list.
• Obtain and review bids from subcontractors.
• Prepare scope of work documents and review them with subcontractors.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for all trades related to project construction.
• Assist in preparing project estimates, options, and clarifications.
• Assist in preparing subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
• Help develop the project schedule and track its progress.
• Collaborate with the project team to communicate upcoming deadlines, critical activities, and any changes.
• Generate and track QA/QC lists.
• Review submittals and generate Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Approve and code subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Review and code weekly field staff timesheets.
• Develop, distribute, and track all correspondence related to project documents (drawings, sketches, specifications, addenda, bid RFI responses, submittals, etc.).
• Project closeout.
• Generate OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) agendas with the project team.
• Assist in BIM coordination (where applicable).

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• General understanding of managing construction project quality, schedule, and budget.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new systems.
• Experience using project management software.
• Ability to work as a team player, performing various production support tasks.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to maintain and build client relationships.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of project support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred experience in the construction industry or a related field.
