The Class C Driver- Non CDL will be responsible for operating a company vehicle to deliver material between plants and customers.
Job Duties :
- Ability to safely operate a 26' straight truck for the transportation of material, finished goods and other equipment as needed
- Required to manually load and unload the delivery truck using a pallet jack or forklift
- Verify that all equipment is loaded safely for each building or customer
- Deliver returned or picked up items back to the warehouse
- Inspect vehicle for any wear, report unsafe conditions to supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Delivery driver must be able to lift 50 lbs
Delivery driver must be able to effectively communicate with customers / supervisors / and employees.
Delivery and warehouse experience preferred.
