Wieland is hiring Forklift Operators . The Forklift Operator will be responsible for using light mobile equipment/forklift to direct the flow of materials through the production process as it travels from raw material to finished product. This role is fully on-site in East Alton, IL .
Starting Pay : $25.41 Schedule : Swing Shift - Monday through Friday and weekends, working 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

Wieland is hiring Forklift Operators . The Forklift Operator will be responsible for using light mobile equipment/forklift to direct the flow of materials through the production process as it travels from raw material to finished product. This role is fully on-site in East Alton, IL .

Responsibilities Forklift Operator Resp onsibilities:
- Operate equipment
- Responsible for producing a quality product in an efficient manner including set up, calibration, and production changeovers
- Use light mobile equipment/forklift to direct the flow of materials through the process as it travels from raw materials to finished products
- Performs inspection of the product and processes as needed
- Support and assist in maintenance work to minimize down time.
- High School Diploma or equivalency.
- Metals experience preferred not required
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Three years of manufacturing experience or heavy labor experience
- Must be able to commit to a swing shift schedule and overtime as needed*
