Your activities

• Performs calibration and adjustments on gauges.
• Installs, repairs, maintains and adjusts process instruments used to control and measure variables, such as pressure.
• Makes adjustments as necessary to produce product within specified accuracy.
• Performs changeovers and assists in troubleshooting calibration equipment, rejects non calibratable product.
• Operates within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and special instructions (SIs).
• Completes daily production logs.
• Performs preventive maintenance on calibration equipment.
• Communicates with operators from other shifts.
• Cleans and maintains work area. (5S)
• Assists mechanics and machinists in repair work.
• Performs ancillary duties as needed.

Your profile

• Previous experience working in manufacturing environment, is preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required.
• The ability to stand for long periods up to eight or more hours at a time.
• Able to work in noisy environment.
• Good eyesight (eyesight correction acceptable).
• Be able to work overtime if required. (including weekends)
• Reach 80% of potential output with 100% quality for the product family of the home cell.
