Middle School Spanish Teacher for 2024-2025WILBRAHAM & MONSON ACADEMY6-PG Day and Boarding School located in Wilbraham, Mass.WHO WE ARE:Wilbraham & Monson Academy, situated on 400 acres in Western Massachusetts, is an independent day and boarding school of 410 students in Grades 6 - postgraduate. There are 80 students in the Middle School as well as a dormitory housing students in Grades 7 and 8. ACADEMIC PROGRAM RESPONSIBILITIESWilbraham & Monson Academy seeks a full time Middle School Spanish Teacher for the 2024-2025 academic year. The position will work with students in grades 6-8, in small classes of 12-14 students per class. All faculty are also teamed with 6-7 students to whom they will serve as an advisor, meeting once per week and being responsible for checking in on their academic, extracurricular and social well being and progress.AFTERNOON / ATHLETIC PROGRAM RESPONSIBILITIESAll faculty at Wilbraham & Monson Academy are also expected to participate in our afternoon program for two out of three seasons.RESIDENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESIf living on campus, faculty are asked to provide 1 night a week & 1 weekend a month of dorm supervision.If living off campus, faculty are asked to provide 4 weekends a year of activity duty/supervision.
