The role of the Financial Analyst is to manage client services and meeting prep for financial advisors through excellent customer service and anticipation of client and advisor needs
The Analyst will collaborate with additional staff members, as needed, to provide customer service and advisor support related to all WF/WSM clients.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Support financial advisors in serving clients by preparing for meetings and following-up with clients on related documentation and action items.
· Update and prepare consolidated balance sheets and statements.
· Provide effective and efficient oral and written communication with clients and advisors
· Research client inquiries and resolves issues
· Construct visual aids including charts, graphs, and tables to be used in meetings with clients.
· Organize and input data into financial planning and retirement software for advisor’s review, interpretation and projections.
· Keep RedTail database updated with current information.
· Work with various back office platforms to complete applications, forms and other documents.
· Help cover reception desk, as part of a rotation, to relieve receptionist for lunch and time-off
· Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
· Experience and/or education in the area of finance, accounting or banking desired.
· Customer service-focused with the ability to anticipate client needs and those of the advisor.
· Critical thinker with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team, but also independently to execute a plan/idea through completion and meet deadlines with little or no supervision.
· Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with high level executives/clients.
· Excellent computer skills in all Microsoft Office applications and database management.
· Highly organized with the ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple tasks
