Looking for one very friendly individual to be our Spa Coordinator. Part-time to complement to the manager's schedule. This position will be for 2 days a week to start, that will include every Saturday (8-10 hour shifts).

Our ideal candidate is someone with a warm personality that loves making people comfortable and happy. You are the first person the client interact with over the phone and in person, and it is very important to create a relaxing experience for them. right from the start.

At the spa, small details really matter to create the right atmosphere. We want our clients to leave feeling so pampered and we go beyond to make sure we surpassed their expectations.

The job is for you is you are a very caring, friendly and detail-oriented person.

Some of your job responsibilities would be: to take appointments, greet the clients with a warm smile, make things look pretty & organized, prepare tea, treats and mimosas, do laundry and dish as needed, keep spa very clean, help the therapists with room assignment and schedules and help the owner & managers with some admin tasks and emails.

Will pay more hourly for candidate capable of helping with markerting and management. And if you want to grow with us, You will have opportunities for advancement into management position as well.
