Wild Wine & Liquor is searching for qualified Wine and Liquor Sales Associates to help take the intimidation out of wine and liquor consumption by fostering an experience that’s relaxing and rewarding for our customers. We make it easy by removing barriers and providing convenient, pressure-free sales and education through technology and accessibility. Our consumer is rewarded with an experience in store and beyond.
Our ideal sales associate candidate is outgoing, a good communicator with a passionate for wine and liquor and is willing to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a background in retail and a desire to learn and grow with Wild Wine & Liquor.
Responsibilities And Duties
As a representative of the Wild Wine & Liquor experience, you will maintain a positive and professional relationship with every customer. We make the consumers experience convenient, informative, and rewarding. We need you to be part of the Wild Difference!
Salary$15.50
Our ideal sales associate candidate is outgoing, a good communicator with a passionate for wine and liquor and is willing to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a background in retail and a desire to learn and grow with Wild Wine & Liquor.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale system to cash out customers
- Assisting customers with recommendations and education about products through our technology platforms
- Stocking shelves
- Pulling merchandise for customers
- Answering phones professionally
- Cleaning and maintaining the store inventory, shelves and displays
- Greeting all customers to provide the Wild Difference!
- Knowledge of products, pricing, and store layout as well as knowledge of the wine and liquor industry
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of and willingness to learn about wine and liquor
- Must have flexible availability with ability to work nights and some weekends
- Must be familiar with technology platforms (POS system, social media, etc.)
- Ability to work as a cooperative team member
- Confident in your ability to recommend products to customers to enhance customer satisfaction
