The company works in both the private and public sectors and is equipped to handle projects of any size. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Colorado Springs, CO. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation. They will collaborate with various stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government agencies, to ensure project success. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing project documentation, conducting inspections, and monitoring logistics management. Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Knowledge of construction processes and industry regulations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in expediting and logistics management
