Wilden Pump & Engineering LLC is Hiring a Marketing and Communications Manager Near Grand Terrace, CA

In this exciting position, as Marketing and Communications Manager for Pump Solutions Group (PSG), based out of our PSG Grand Terrace (GT) location, you will be responsible for the development of marketing and communications strategies aligned with PSG's objectives and goals for the PSG brands (Wilden, All-Flo, Griswold, and Neptune), along with creating effective strategies and tactics to increase awareness, globalization, and vertical market segmentation.

This is a hybrid role, with flexibility over time, but does require working onsite at the Grand Terrance, CA office at least 3-days per week.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, implement, and execute internal and external marketing communications strategy and plans for individual PSG brands.
  • Develop strategy and tactics for brands, product launches, lead-generation, and lead nurturing - including follow-up reporting.
  • Direct and create marketing collateral that is aligned with our Global sales strategies and business development strategies.
  • Manage PSG GT Brands through promotion and vertical market integration.
  • Work across multiple internal functions - Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Business Development - to develop go-to-market strategy.
  • Assist with Voice of Customer (VOC), marketing analytics and market intelligence.
  • Assist with PSG GT marketing activities, both strategic and tactical.
  • Assist with vertical market intelligence and analytics.
  • Manage the PSG GT marketing budget, including agency spend.
  • Travel domestically up to 20%.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in B2B industrial sales & marketing is preferred.
  • Pump, fluid management, or industrial product experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and work within a global environment.
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools (like HubSpot) and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Channel management and marketing experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photo Shop, Illustrator) is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including some copywriting skills.
  • Outstanding listening, and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A passion to stay current on new marketing methodologies and technologies.
  • Impeccable organization and efficiency skills and attention to detail
  • Self-sufficient and self-motivated; able to work with little supervision.
  • Strong team player, work ethic, passionate and a commitment to win.

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing or related field

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Salary Range: $109,626.00- $142,025.00
