Wildfire Virtual Services, LLC is Hiring a Customer service specialist Near Picayune, MS

Job Description

This is a remote contract role for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will provide excellent customer service by answering product and service questions, taking orders, troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints, and performing other customer service functions.

The Customer Service Specialist will also maintain customer records and ensure customer satisfaction. There are no health benefits offered and it a contract position (1099).

You must reside inside the United States and not in one of the states that are listed below, we are not licensed to operate in the states listed here and can NOT move forward with the application process, and we will remove you from our contact list..

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, bilingual a plus
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively in handling customers issues
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer service software, preferred
  • Must have a PC with Windows 10 or 11... Chromebook, I-pad, Mac computers are NOT compatible
  • Must have high speed internet (hardwired only, not Wi-Fi)
  • High school diploma or higher preferred
