Teacher-Led Micro Schools
At Wildflower Schools, we believe in empowering teachers to lead their own micro schools, serving children ages 0-6. As part of our 22-23 cohort, you will have the opportunity to create a nurturing Montessori environment in line with Wildflower's nine principles. Our unique model provides teachers with autonomy to make impactful decisions that benefit students, families, and the community.
Expansion Opportunities
We are actively looking for experienced Montessori teachers to join our 2022-23 cohort with the goal of launching schools in Fall 2023 or Fall 2024. Our primary expansion areas include Alameda, San Francisco, Santa Clara, and surrounding counties.

What We're Looking For

• Willingness to work diligently and grow professionally
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
