Title: Commission-Based Sales Representative for EAP Contracts

Description: Wilkinson Family Therapy mental health group practice looking for an experienced Sales Representative to help us expand our reach by securing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) contracts. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated and thrives on commission-based earnings.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential business clients.
• Negotiate and secure EAP contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Provide regular updates on progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or mental health field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compensation: This is a commission-only position with earning potential based on performance.
