What is the Bus Driver experience? The Bus Driver operates Willamette View bus to transport residents to various events, including shopping, church, memorial services, and special day and evening events. As the Bus Driver at Willamette View, you will:
- Fuels buses as necessary, records expenses, and notes any mechanical problems with buses and reports promptly.
- Responds to mechanical emergencies or resident emergencies as appropriate.
What are the job qualifications? - Three years prior transportation experience.
- Must have a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License to operate the 25 passenger bus. Not required for other vehicles.
- Must have good interpersonal communication skills and experience with senior population preferred.
- Required to understand DOT drug and alcohol regulations.
- Must consent to and pass a criminal background check.
