Private Wealth Management advises high-net-worth individuals and families, foundations, and endowments on investing, wealth planning, lending, and philanthropy. Through a continuing dialogue with clients, advisors provide customized investment strategies built on financial expertise and an unwavering focus on clients’ evolving needs. The Senior Client Relationship Associate serves as a core member of the client service effort supporting Private Wealth Management teams. Provide exceptional client service to clients by responding to their requests and identifying possible firm products and services to meet their needs. Resolve escalated issues. Compile and share relevant information on existing and prospective clients. Train and mentor others on the team.
Responsibilities May Include But Are Not Limited To
  • Develop a deep understanding of their client’s needs and investment goals. Conduct regular outreach activities to expand relationships. Share findings and potential issues with Wealth Advisors.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in responding to escalated client service requests. Identify possible changes to processes that may improve quality or client satisfaction.
  • Review account documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring that client investment profiles are up to date.
  • Maintain current knowledge about market conditions and regulatory changes that may affect client portfolios.
  • Identify firm services and solutions, such as digital, online access and cash management offerings, that support clients’ needs. Proactively leverage ideas, insight and relationships to facilitate new and incremental business.
  • Attend and or initiate client and prospect meetings as an integral member of the Advisor support team.
  • Regularly seek opportunities to use firm resources for peer sharing and collaborating with Wealth Advisors.
  • Actively engage in available training and education programs to maintain current status on policies, procedures and risk awareness.
  • Provide guidance and training to less experience team members.
  • Proactively participate in firm initiatives directed by Advisors and/or management.
  • Facilitate general administrative tasks, if requested by Wealth Advisor(s), including but not limited to meeting set-up and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure work activities follow established risk controls and are in compliance with applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Additional responsibilities as requested.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 5 years of experience required, with financial services industry experience preferred
  • Series 7, 63/65 (or 66) licenses required; SIE Exam, Series 7, and Series 63/65 (or 66) must be acquired within 150 days of employment
  • Client service orientation
  • Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities and meet strict deadlines
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
  • Ability to collaborate and build trusted relationships
  • Knowledge of applicable compliance/ security industry rules and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office
