Apply today and grow with Oatey! - What we’re looking for… The Operations Talent Acquisition Partner will research, develop, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for our operational needs. This position reports directly to the HR Manager at our Omaha, NE facility and will work close with collaboration with the Director, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development. In this role you will support the development, refinement, and execution of Oatey’s operations talent acquisition strategy. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate & develop your capability in talent acquisition, employment branding, onboarding, associate development, and workforce development. Expectations & Accountabilities … Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the talent acquisition process. Actively builds and fosters relationships with external organizations, colleges, universities, and trade schools. Leverages tools such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, and Workday to source candidates. Identifies additional sourcing tools and techniques to identify top talent. Identify and support local workforce development partnerships. Track goals, metrics, and performance for the hiring cycle; regularly communicating status and results to key business partners and stakeholders. Collaborates with department managers to create/update detailed job postings and hiring criteria. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders. Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Confirms the candidate hiring and onboarding experience is consistent across all locations. Coordinates and participates in engagement and development activities for active cohorts of interns, co-ops, etc. Utilizes the HR Information System’s (Workday) talent acquisition and onboarding processes to its fullest capabilities. Supports additional Oatey initiatives as needed with particular emphasis on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Performs other duties as assigned. What you’ll need to be successful… Minimum 3 years of hands-on recruiting experience in a corporate, operations, or campus setting The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruiting best practices, be a curious and innovative sourcer, passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience. Highly organized self-starter capable of managing several programs/projects simultaneously. Attract a diverse group of high-quality passive candidates while delivering an exceptional recruiting experience for both clients and candidates. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
