Full-time building and grounds maintenance position at apartment complex in Arlington. Work involves cleaning, painting, minor repairs, preparing apartments for turnover, landscaping, and snow removal, under the supervision of building superintendent. 40 hours per week with overtime as needed for maintenance calls and snow removal.
