- Work closely with central office and branch managers to ensure smooth and cost-efficient operations
- Focus on staff optimization, process consistency, and compliance with rules and regulations
- Oversees inventory, warehousing, and delivery of products
- Acts as liaison between local office/center leaders and corporate leadership
- Escalates and directs department activities during outages, system issues, staffing shortages, and other operational
support staffing needs and ensure smooth operations during critical periods
- Analyzes operating costs in relation to sales and makes recommendations to keep costs aligned with targeted
- Directs compliance of employees with established company policies and procedures
- Reviews operational records and reports and refers to manuals, company instructions, and government regulations to
- Coordinates advertising and sales promotion programs for region with Advertising Department
- Reviews and replies to customer complaints and settlement of claims for conformance with company public relations
- Inspects branch locations for conformance with standards for cleanliness, appearance, and need of repair or
- Participates in Performance Improvement (P.I.) activities
- Directly supervises all branch HME Managers – Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the
planning assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing
complaints and resolving problems.
