Williams Fire and Hazard Control is Hiring a CNC Programmer Near Port Arthur, TX

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate metallic and non-metallic parts.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop programs for CNC machines (Including Live tooling) based on engineering drawings and specifications

- Set up and operate CNC machinery to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.

- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning

- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications

- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production efficiency

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in machining techniques and tooling

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

- Experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines

- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software like SolidWorks and AutoCAD, GIBS and Master CAM

- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to machining challenges. If you meet these qualifications and are looking for a rewarding opportunity in CNC programming, we encourage you to apply.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
