Williams Keepers is Hiring a Client Services Representative Near Columbia, MO

The Client Services Representative (CSR) is responsible to provide direct client service support, including frequent contact with clients, for the firm’s partners and associates and also handle other basic clerical functions. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, policies, and procedures, and a commitment to working collaboratively in a team environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Represent WK in direct written and verbal communication with the firm’s clients regarding ongoing projects and other issues.
  • Collaborate with partners and associates to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of client projects.
  • Work with partners and associates to resolve issues identified in client correspondence.
  • Monitor and maintain partner schedules.
  • Assist with department meetings and preparation of meeting minutes.
  • Manage partner correspondence and mail.
  • Assist in preparation of proposals and reports.
  • Prepare client invoices.
  • Assemble client projects and coordinate delivery or pick-up.
  • Monitor status of tax returns, extensions, and other client projects.
  • Assist with the tax filing extension process.
  • Scan tax packets and other documents.
  • Assist clients with quarterly estimated tax payments and vouchers.
  • Generate various reports.
  • Assist with special projects, as assigned.
  • Perform general office duties (scanning, photocopying, etc.).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
  • Two to three years of experience in a professional office environment
  • Highly adept with computer software programs including Adobe and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams). High level knowledge of Excel is required.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed checklists, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Performance Expectations

  • Adhere to all firm policies and procedures, as outlined in the Associate Handbook.
  • Be pleasant, courteous, and helpful with staff and clients.
  • Be efficient and organized when carrying out tasks.
  • Maintain a neat and organized work environment for maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and business transactions.
  • Effectively manage numerous tasks and projects.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude and support a teamwork-oriented environment.
  • Develop positive working relationships with clients and co-workers.
  • Must have exceptional attendance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 25 – 50 pounds at times.
  • Extended hours are required at certain times throughout the year, depending on client needs.
