Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Intake Clerk at Willig, Williams & Davidson in Philadelphia, PA. The Intake Clerk will be responsible for communication, client intake, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client intake and providing outstanding customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in relevant computer software
- Experience in the legal field or with labor unions is a plus
- Bilingual fluency is beneficial
