We are seeking a self-motivated, self-directed individual that can assist in the management and work flow for a large Cardiology Clinic. The job responsibilities include, but not limited to, assisting with patient charges, assisting in insurance verifications, scheduling patients for appointments for care, adding post-charge tickets/payments and new patient data to the computer, balancing accounts receivable on summary log. This person must have experience in the management of a clinical office. They will assist in staffing both clerical and medical staff. Billing and coding experience is required. The clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00pm. An excellent salary and benefit package is offered. Orientation depends on the person's experience.
