HOW YOU WOULD BE SPENDING YOUR TIME AS A SUPERINTENDENT
The Construction Superintendent is an integral player in our winning team. The Superintendent is responsible for promoting and ensuring site safety, schedule, and a comprehensive knowledge for the day to day field operations for their assigned project(s) including planning, coordinating, sequencing work, procurement of materials, and supervising subcontractors and vendors to ensure the work is completed on time, within budget, while adhering to Willmeng's quality standards.

- You have solid experience in the commercial construction industry (minimum 8 years)
- You have strong interpersonal skills and love working in collaborative environment
- You have technical knowledge in a wide range of commercial construction markets
- We required a minimum average of 5 years of tenure at your previous companies. We also require background checks
