LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse

Full Time

8am-4pm with alternating weekends

Willow Gardens Memory Care/Assisted Living Program is seeking motivated LPNs to join our team of experienced professionals. We want to speak with naturally caring, empathetic LPN's who are focused on providing the best quality of life possible for every patient in their care, with patience, courteousness and tactful interactions with residents, staff, family members and visitors.

Some of the key requirements include:

• Must be licensed as an LPN in New York State
• Will be friendly and sociable and be able to provide comfort to patients with good interpersonal skills - both verbal and in writing
• Must be detail-oriented, able to notice any changes in a patient's condition and report changes to our care team
• 6 months of experience working as an LPN in an assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing or similar setting
• 2 years of hands on experience providing care through clinical rotation, on the job training through a nursing program or experience as a private care giver
• Team member - Will follow direction, guidance and feedback from Supervisors
• Fully Vaccinated Against COVID-19
