Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the operations of four boutique locations in the North Dallas area.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer service aligned with our faith-based principles.

- Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, professional development, and our core values.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Regional Manager or in a similar leadership role in the retail industry, preferably in women's fashion.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.

- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Flexibility to travel between store locations and the headquarters in McKinney, Texas.
