Textile Manufacturing Business located in Mount Airy, NC, manufacturer of high-quality synthetic leather is seeking to fill the position of entry level Customer Service Representative (CSR).
The CSR will process inquiries and orders while maintaining an updated CRM. The CSR will recommend products applicable to the customer’s application or specification. Candidate will be customer focused and responsible for providing outstanding customer service while maximizing sales opportunities.
The Candidate should be extremely reliable and self-motivated with a high degree of attention to detail and care for accuracy. Should have strong multi-tasking skills, be a team player assisting as needed, listens attentively, be courteous, friendly, and professional. Candidate must manage time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately. Must have excellent communication skills and excel in a team-oriented environment.
