Assisted Living Coordinator

Willow Towers Assisted Living is seeking a full-time Marketing Associate to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Marketing Associate, you will ensure that the United Hebrew healthcare campus brand is presented consistently and remains visible in the competitive market. You will also be responsible for the admissions component of the Assisted Living Pavilions on our campus This consists of: DOH requirements, coordination of new resident move-in, and acclimation to campus services and facility tours.

The ideal candidate will possess a commitment to service excellence with the judgement to anticipate needs of residents and families, and the ability to provide service recovery. In this position, you will assist with major events and fundraising activities to promote the facility and the brand.

Position Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of related experience in a healthcare setting with admissions and promotion of services
• Enhanced computer skills with Work, Excel, etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Possess a positive attitude, professional and polished demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills
• Fully vaccinated from Covid-19
