- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives across multiple channels
- Manage print and digital content through marketing collateral, website and social media outlets
- Plan and manage the marketing calendar for events, promotions, local store marketing programming, and internal initiatives
- Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust marketing strategies as necessary
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, including occasional offsite events, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales enablement tools and marketing demand generation programs
- Develop and lead a robust Local Store Marketing program, including local outreach, grassroots marketing, events, and activations to drive traffic from local offices, neighborhoods, and communities
- Attend community events and outreach opportunities to increase brand awareness and build strong relationships with local organizations
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, ROI, and customer feedback to adjust strategies, staying well-informed about local events, happenings, and news to effectively position brand as a leader
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials, actively monitoring and managing all platforms to maintain alignment and effectiveness
- Proven experience (5 years) in marketing management within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Experience with Toast, Squarespace, Paytronix, and Mailchimp platforms a plus
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in very fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and new media trends
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Flexibility with work schedule to include nights and weekends as needed
- Exhibit a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck attitude, willingly assisting with projects or tasks
- Valid driver’s license or reliable mode of transportation required
