- Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed in a timely basis
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Organize and direct worker training programs, resolve personnel problems, make hiring and termination decisions, and evaluate employee performance
- Assess staffing needs for scheduling and assist in the recruiting and hiring of staff
- Assist in restaurant event planning and execution
- Minimum 3 years experience as an AGM or Senior Manager for a high volume ($6M ) fine dining or upscale full service restaurant
- Able to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to drive a high energy and encouraging positive work culture
- Local candidates only
