Highlands McDonald Ranch has a full-time opening for a Groundskeeper/Farmhand on our beautiful 100 acre ranch and a 2nd residential location in Ellijay, GA.

Job Skills/Requirements
We are looking for a Groundskeeeper and Farm Hand to assist with maintaining the landscape, including but not limited to; weed eating and trimming, mowing, pond maintenance, tree removal, fence repair. Assists the Project Manager in administration and function of properties and facilities as needed. Assist the Project Manager in functions related to the property and/or affiliated properties and assist with other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position with a flexible schedule. This position pays $12 - $16/hour, depending on skillset and experience.
Requirements:
• Must be able to undertand and speak some English
• No Minimum education requirements
• Be a hard worker and a problem solver
• Possess a valid driver’s license, and be insurable.
 
 Additional Information / Benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
